Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or Products without our express written permission.

Section 2 – Products and Services
Certain Products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website and/or to SCV members only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 – Product Pricing
All pricing and descriptions of Products are subject to change at any time without any notice.

Section 4 – Accuracy of Billing and Customer Information
If we need to make a change to or cancel your order, every attempt will be made to contact you via phone or email only if that information was provided to us by the customer at the time the order was placed. If no phone number or email address is provided then we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion and issue a refund to your credit card.

Section 5 – Processing & Shipping of Orders
Every effort will be made to fill online orders within 14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Section 6 – Refunds
If items are out of stock or SCV membership cannot be verified then a credit card refund will be issued promptly.
